The Goat Brand’s orders are usually shipped within 3 days of order receipt Customers who are concerned about meeting deadlines should contact The Goat Brand at email@example.com to arrange for expited shipping. Orders are generally shipped via the shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on the source used to ship customer's purchases. The Goat Brand is not responsible for the delivery times of the third parties it uses to ship items to the customer.
The Goat Brand goes to great lengths to ensure that all orders are filled accurately and on time. The Goat Brand accepts returns and will refund payment if and when customers are dissatisfied with The Goat Brand products for one of the following reasons: (a) the items are materially flawed; (b) the quality of the designs(i.e., the printing or embroidery) is below a reasonable range of expectations; or (c) the design of the final product is materially different from the final design submitted by the customer.

Please detail the reasons you wish to return your product. We will provide you with an authorization to either exchange and/or return your item via email. The Goat Brand does not refund the cost of shipping the original item when processing returns.
